MEMBERS:
- Are licensed
real estate professionals; in order to become a licensee, a person
must complete either the Real Estate Salesperson's or Property
Management Pre-licensing Course through the Real Estate Council
of B.C. and UBC. Upon successful completion, a salesperson must
also complete the post-licensing Applied Real Estate Course.
- Are the
Lower Mainland's primary source for real estate industry information,
expertise and service.
- Promote
the ownership of property and protect the interests of property
buyers/sellers in the Greater Vancouver area.
- Adhere
to high standards of education, business practices and ethics.
